Release Info
- A large part of the contemporary built environment of Tbilisi, the capital of
- the Republic of Georgia with around 1.2 million residents, came together during the 70 years of the Soviet urban planning and
- architectural practice. To meet the increasing housing demands, Gldani, a mass-housing district on the northern edge of Tbilisi, was constructed in 1969-1979.
